We offer to you technical integrity and legal legitimacy through patent liscensure and our payment options reflect a corporately responsible company.
When selecting a partner to save your families cord blood, please consider and ask the following - is the company :
a FDA registered company
and a Health Canada CTO licenced organization
have two labs - one in Canada and one in the USA to allow you to select where
you can store your cord blood sample
Include and assign a Clinical Consultant to your file and contact your health care
provider and health care facility to inform and educate them of your families decision
to save your newborns cord blood
Include shipping of the cord blood kit to your home at no additional charge
Coordinates the pick of the cord blood by the specialized courier from your hospital to

· Annual Storage Fee: $130.00 (for year 2 onward fixed for 10 years)

· Complete HemaStem: $159 per month for 12 months (payment starts at enrollment & includes administration fee for monthly payment ) - includes StemGuard Collection Kit, Courier Shipping, Processing, and Ongoing Storage for First Year.

- As an alternative to the annual storage fee, you may prepay for 10 years of long term storage in our secure and monitored cryogenic facilities: $1000.00
- First year storage included with Option 1 & 2.

Specialized Courier Information :
|
|
HemaStem's program includes a specialized courier for the pick-up, transport and delivery of your cord blood to our laboratory. However, if you deliver on Friday, Saturday and or Sunday you will be charged an additional
$ 400 due to the urgency of having the cord blood arrive in the laboratory for processing.
HemaStem will coordinate with the private specialized courier for pick-up location

and utilizes a specialized courier - Not FEDEX or UPS
and coordinates the pick up of your cord blood from the hospital and informs you
when your sample arrives
mails you a cord blood report that rom the hospital to the lab at no additional
charge
